Description:

Stainless steel tube components can be divided according to Cr (400 Series), Cr Ni system (300 Series), Cr Mn Ni (200 Series) and the precipitation hardening systems (Series 600). 200 series - chromium - nickel - manganese austenitic stainless steel 300 series - chromium - nickel austenitic stainless steel.

301----- ductility is good for forming products. Can also be quickly hardened through mechanical processing. Good welding. Anti wear and fatigue strength is better than 304 stainless steel.

Two,

302----- 304 with corrosion resistance, due to the relatively high carbon intensity.

Three,

303----- by adding a small amount of sulfur and phosphorus to make it easier to cut 304 of the cutting process.

Four,

18/8 that is 304----- stainless steel. GB brand 0Cr18Ni9. 309 - compared with 304, there is a better temperature resistance.

Five,

316----- after 304, second of the most widely used steel, mainly used in food industry, pharmaceutical industry and surgical equipment, adding Mo to obtain a special corrosion resistant structure. As a result of the 304 stainless steel pipe which has better anti chloride corrosion resistance and thus also for "ship steel" to use. SS316 is usually used for nuclear fuel recovery devices. 18/10 grade stainless steel tubes are usually in line with this application level.

Model 321 - except for the addition of titanium element to reduce the risk of corrosion of the material welded seam other properties similar to 304.
